This residence is located in the Sudbury River National Wildlife Refuge, and this couple had long dreamed of doubling the size of their cottage to create their dream home, yet had a very modest budget. Facing regulatory hurdles, possessing a very modest budget, and receiving high construction bids, the owners came to Sullivan Jones Studio seeking assistance with wetlands approvals, construction documents, a second round of bids and construction administration.
