Fan Fare Corporation needed a headquarters, showroom and distribution center for its Wisconsin-based retail clothing chain.  We identified a 40,000 SF property that had fallen out of use in neighborhood that was revitalizing itself.  Sullivan Jones Studio transformed the property with a lively, free form addition that featured a double height atrium surrounded by open workstations, offices and a showroom.  The high level of craftsmanship of local masons transformed utilitarian materials, such as concrete block, open web steel trusses and glass block, into appealing surface features.
