MANSFIELD KIDS

Cabot, Cabot & Forbes needed to offer child care as an amenity to its in Mansfield Industrial Park tenants in order to stay competitive.  The childcare operator, Corporate Kids, needed to create a prototypical center that exceeded all expectations in a relatively new industry -- yet still operated at a comfortable profit. 
Understanding that childcare is a true necessity and an inevitable part of the childhood experience in the new American family, we accommodated the needs of all parties with thoughtful and inexpensive design details.  Furnishings, lighting and access to the outdoors parallel a residential level of intimacy, and details in millwork support the unrelenting demands for safety and supervision necessary for teachers.  Porches allow for year round outdoor play opportunity, and the expansive landscaping, complete with boulders, support an environment that is boundless, open and whole.
